Déjà vu was launched in Aberdeen in 2006 with three partners, Roy Duncan, Danny Mussard and Dan Jones who collectively have over 50 years experience within the café, catering and corporate sector. Déjà vu was created with the intention to franchise, to roll out across the UK as an affordable business concept that would be highly successful and easily managed by the Franchisee.Our highly successful branch in Aberdeen is used to train all train all new franchisees, a fortnight of intensive training is included as part of our programme.
The Déjà vu brand is incredibly powerful both in its image, operational formula and supply network,underpinned by its unique secret recipes, Déjà vu delivers the healthiest menu to the highest quality within the Cafe' and Sandwich Bar market. Déjà vu last year was recognised by the Scottish consumer council and the Scottish Executive by being awarded “The Healthy Living” award for the Scotland, and is fast becoming the most progressive and exciting brand in the market place today.
Déjà vu has two new outlets planned for London Stansted Airport Business Terminal, and The Music Room Centre in Aberdeen. We anticipate that within 24 months, Déjà vu will have grown to over 30 outlets operating from High Streets, Airports, Business Centre’s with additional outside catering outlets.
