We believe that Dejavu is raising the bar and changing industry practices through its whole approach to the sandwich market. Currently too many sandwich bars are offering “ready-made” sandwich fillings which are full of preservatives. Although this approach saves time and money, the customer receives a bland and tasteless sandwich.

We may have to start our day really early to make all our fillings fresh, but this allows us to experiment with different flavours and products thereby creating unusual, delicious food combinations which taste fantastic and provide our customers with the “wow” factor.
